There was one here, a pale jagged line. And another there shaped like the bits of a broken off branch. And another, and another...
He traces them all with the tips of his fingers as they laid in sleep tangled limbs and sheets warmed from the heat of bodies sharing the night, still lingering in the halfway between waking and sleeping. It must be noon now. But it didn't matter for all was right in the world. Smiling softly to himself, he gently presses kisses to each and everyone of the lines.
"That's ticklish." He says, voice husky from disuse. But Zhoumi decides that he quite likes his Kyuhyun like this. Yes. He like him this way very much. "But it's nice all the same." Kyuhyun untangles himself from the cocoon of sheets to draw Zhoumi near, pressing a smile to the palm of the older man's hand. "Hi."
"Hi."
They lay there, basking like cats in the sun for a little while longer. The others must've left the dorms already because it was silent as the grave out there; outside the door that separated them from everything else. It was awhile before Zhoumi said in a hushed voice, "You're beautiful. Kui Xian. My Kui Xian." Smiling, "My. Kui Xian. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. Okay?"
Kyuhyun pretends to be mock shocked, propping himself up on his elbow. He gently slaps Zhoumi on the arm and exclaims, "Are you tying to break up with me?!" Before dissolving into a laugh. "I suppose I am. Yours, I mean." A pause. "Oh God. That just... Sounded so wrong." They fall back into a soft silence. "Why do you like them so much?" He asks into the air when fingers find themselves tracing the lines again.
Zhoumi contemplates before he moves one hand to run through Kyuhyun's hair. Scooting down, he presses their foreheads close and leans in to whisper against his lips, "Because they remind me how lucky I am. To have a chance to know you. To discover you. To have you by my side." Spreading a palm against the jut of his ribs, "Because... Because they're you. And I love you." Kyuhyun smiles despite himself and closes the distance between their breaths.
"You sap." Almost inaudibly, "I love you too."

You write something NOT angsty and I wasn't aware of it and took 2 weeks to read it.... TWO WEEKS!!!
I love QMi...
How can you manage to put just the right amount of everything in your writings? It's amazing seriously. I'll be never tired of it.
Did I ever mentioned that I love it when Zhoumi says "Kui Xian"? Or anyone saying "Kui Xian" but especially Mimi because... I love him that's not a secret anymore. I'll marry him someday. It's already planned.
Anyway... I won't say it was a great OS because if I keep saying it... it will became meaningless but... you know how I feel about your stories
